Service Description

A lower body strength and conditioning class designed to help you build strong glutes and legs, improve lower body strength, and burn calories. Expect a strength-focused Build section targeting the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core, followed by a high-energy Burn finisher.

Cancellation Policy

• Group sessions will be cancelled if no bookings are made at least 6 hours prior to the session start time. • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a session are free of charge. • Cancellations made between 12 hours and 1 hour before a session will incur a £5 late cancellation fee. • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before a session or failure to attend a booked session, will incur a £15 no-show fee.
